Frustration, for me is usually brought about because I'm either not thinking clearly enough or to tired to think. For others it could be to much work, not enough work, the kids not doing what they're told to do and a whole host of other reasons. Either way frustration can bring out the worst in people no matter who you are, come on you have to agree with me on this point.
When frustration occurs some people keep at what they're doing until they get it, others might put what they're doing aside and do something else until they're fresh, then there are some of us who well decide to throw a temper tantrum about it first try it again until it frustrates us even more before we put it down for sometime later. Last but not least there are those who tend to be drama queens or DQ's about it; I'm sure you know the type, possibly even grew up with one or two of them.
I just wish frustration never existed, but it does and there's nothing that we can do about it. But we can try to beat it, or at least tame it, so that it stays in the background where it belongs. Try taking a deep breath or two, possibly walk away from what ever it maybe, or go punch a punching bag (you know like your beating into submission). Do whatever will work best for you at the moment it decides to come up and remind you that it's still there lurking around in the shadows.
